From 1993 to 2002, the Marshall Community Foundation underwent a matching campaign to grow the Fund for Marshall. A number of our neighbors and local businesses rose to the challenge and raised enough funds to secure an additional $1 million one-time distribution from the Kellogg Foundation which, in turn, established the Marshall Youth Fund.
